ClubFitness App Help

Did you know you can reserve a spot in your favorite classes with a few clicks from your mobile device?

Using the ClubFitness App has never been easier. The ClubFitness App offers a variety of options for our members. In one place you can reserve a class spot, record your workouts, access all of our at-home workouts, social media, and challenges. To use the app to its full potential, you will need to link it to your MyiClub online account. Use the directions below to download the ClubFitness App and become part of our ClubAppers Community. 

Logging into the App

  1. Download the ClubFitness App.

    • If you are an Android user, please go to your play store and type in "ClubFitness Greensboro" or click here. Install the app to your phone.
    • If you are an Apple user, please go to your app store and type in "ClubFitness Greensboro" or click here. Please install this on your phone. 
    • Once the app is installed, open it up on your phone. 
  2. Click on the "Log In / Sign Up" blue Button. 
  3. If you have never used the ClubFitness App before, you will need to click "create account". 
  4. You will be asked for an email or xID. You can create an xID by typing your phone number in. This makes it easier to remember!
  5. If you have an account already, the app will ask you for your passcode and automattically sign you in.
  6. If you are a new member to the app, you will be asked to create a passcode. Choose 4 numbers that you can easily remember and then click "sign in".
  7. You will be asked to enter your email and password. Confirm your password and log in. 
  8. The app will take you on an App tour. Swipe through the pages for a quick description of the app and then click "Go to App" located in the top right corner of the phone. 

Logging into you MyiCLUB Account on the App
(You need this step to register for classes)

  1. Once you are in the ClubFitness App, scroll down to the "My Account" Tile, located in the bottom left corner, and click on it. 
  2. Click on the "Register Now" button located on the bottom left of the screen. You will need your Agreement Number to complete the next part or the process. To find your Agreement Number, you can click on the "Email my Agreement Number" button on the top of the page or call ClubFintess at 336-478-2660 or email us at info@clubfitnessgso.com
  3. Once you have your Agreement Number, fill out Agreement Number, first name, last name, and zip code. Click "Continue".
  4. You will need your barcode number to complete the next part or the process. Your Barcode Number is different than your Agreement Number. To find your Barcode Number, please reference the key tag that you were given or call ClubFintess at 336-478-2660 or email us at info@clubfitnessgso.com. Once you have your Barcode entered, click "Continue".
  5. Next:

    • Type in your email.
    • Confirm your email.
    • Create a username.
    • Create a password.
    • PLEASE WRITE THIS DOWN SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT IF YOU FORGET. 
    • Hit the register button. 
  6. Sign in with your new user name and password. This step will link your MyiCLUBonline account to your ClubFitness account. This is how you can see what classes we offer and how we can see what you've registered for to reserve your spot. Once your account is linked - you are all set!

If you are having issues signing into the app: 
(Ex. You signed up with an old email, but you now have a different one and you can't reset your password)

If you have any other issues with your MyiCLUB account:
(Ex. Your agreement number or barcode is not working)
Please call 888-827-9262 or email them at customercare@abcfinancial.com. MyiClub is run through ABC Financial and they have a great and helpful team that can get you into your account and app to register.
