ClubFitness provides a variety of group exercise classes to keep you motivated, challenged, and fit. From energetic, dance-based routines to high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, and spin, group exercise at ClubFitness offers something great for everyone. Take the opportunity to deepen your practice of Yoga, cycle with some of your friends, and much more with our experienced instructors.

ClubFitness Group Exercise Classes

ClubFitness offers many options for all levels of fitness. Our team of instructors works hard to offer classes that not only challenge you but make working hard fun. Along with our group of highly trained instructors we also have many virtual classes available through Fitness on Demand (FOD). Each class is designed to hit specific muscle groups, so as you continue to advance in your fitness journey, we have classes tailored to fit your needs at all levels.


Cycle/Strength – (All Levels) An intense class combining cardio with strength conditioning. A great class for leaning out while building leg, core, and glute muscles.

Les Mills BodyAttack – (All Levels) High-energy fitness class combining running, jumping, and lunging with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A great class to tone and shape-up while also improving coordination and agility.

Les Mills BodyBalance – (All Levels) A new-generation yoga class incorporating elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.

Les Mills BodyCombat – (All Levels) A high-energy, zero-contact martial-arts inspired workout. A great class to learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, and more, all while releasing stress.

Les Mills BodyJam – (All Levels) A workout that combines cardio with the latest dance styles and hottest sounds. A great class for flexibility training.

Les Mills BodyPump – (All Levels) A total body workout using light to moderate weights. This class focuses on building strength and getting lean and toned by incorporating all major muscles in the workout.

Les Mills Grit – (All Levels) A 30 minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) using barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises. A great class to target all major muscle groups and improve cardiovascular fitness and strength.

Les Mills RPM – (All Levels) A low impact cycling workout class, perfect for losing body fat and improving aerobic fitness.

Les Mills Sh’bam – (All Levels) A fun and energetic dance workout. This class combines cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility training.

Spin – (All Levels) Athletic, challenging cardiovascular indoor cycling workout set to music. Participants ride stationary bikes, adding resistance on the Flywheel to stimulate terrain. Classes can be endurance or interval-based.

Tabata 360 – (All Levels) A high intensity interval training (HIIT) full body workout that incorporates Tabata training. A great class for a full-body workout and increased endurance.

Tai Chi – (All Levels) A martial-arts-based class incorporating relaxation & meditation. A great class focusing on mind & body awareness improving energy levels, flexibility, balance, agility & core strength.

Water Works – (All Levels) A shallow water workout combining cardio strength conditioning. Perfect for building lean muscle and muscular stamina.

Zumba® – (All Levels) Energetic dance class set to high-energy Latin & International beats.
