Club Fitness offers a variety of group exercise classes to keep you motivated, challenged and fit. Ride to the rhythm of powerful music, jump into your high-energy kick boxing moves, or improve core strength and balance with challenging isometric movements. There is something for everyone!

Les Mills Programs

Les Mills - BodyAttack

The sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines high and low impact athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
Available at Green Valley location. 

Les Mills - BodyPump

The original LES MILLS™ barbell class, it will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body. This class utilizes THE REP EFFECT™, low weight loads and high repetition movements.

Les Mills - BodyStep

An energizing step workout, using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

The low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses exercise tubing and body weight to boost fitness and core strength.

Les Mills - BodyFlow

The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. It leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches and poses are set to music.

Les Mills - BodyCombat

An empowering workout inspired by mixed martial arts with a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. 
Available at Oak Branch and Green Valley locations.

Les Mills - RPM

The Les Mills indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

Les Mills - CXWorx

A 30 minute class that really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving core strength.  Available at Green Valley location.

Les Mills - BodyJam

The cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat.

Pound

Do you want to rock out?  This is an interval based cardio/core class that uses weighted drum sticks and the latest music to make you sweat.
Available at Green Valley location.

Kickboxin' Circuits

A free style class that combines traditional kickboxing moves, intervalled with weight training. This intense workout uses glides, free weights and the STEP.
Available at Green Valley location.

Hi/Lo

A fun and intense cardiovascular workout that is for the intermediate/advanced participant.  Aerobic combinations move quickly and are challenging. 
Available at Green Valley location.

Muscles

A freestyle weight training class that utilizes the body bar, glides, weights and resistance tubing to tone and strengthen the body. 
Available at Green Valley location.

Low Impact Sculpt

Low impact combinations with resistance and weight training. Taught in 30 and 60 minute classes.
Available at Oak Branch and Green Valley locations.

Spin

An indoor cycling class that can be interval or endurance based. Instructors choose the workout and terrain in which they will lead their participants.  
Available at Green Valley location.

Sweat

A free style, hour long, interval based cardio/weight training class. The class utilizes the Step, weights, resistance tubing, body bars and glides. Be prepared to SWEAT!

Zumba

An energetic dance class set to high-energy Latin and international beats. 
Available at Green Valley location.

Zumba Gold

Movements and pacing are modified to suit the participant who wants a slightly slower Zumba workout.
Available at Green Valley location.

Barre

An interval based, low impact freestyle class that utilizes the principals of ballet and Pilates. Class is taught on the floor and at the ballet barre, however this is NOT a ballet class. Challenging Isometric movements concentrate on core strength, balance and lengthening.

Tai Chi

A martial arts based class incorporating relaxation and meditation. A great class focusing on mind & body awareness.

Sh'Bam

A 45 minute  fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a smile!
