Les Mills Programs

Les Mills - BodyAttack

BodyAttack™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. Les Mills combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A Les Mills™ instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout - challenging your limits in a good way, leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Les Mills - BodyPump

BodyPump™ is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit - fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump™ gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves & techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own! You'll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Les Mills - BodyStep

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BodyStep™ - a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BodyStep™ workout, you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don't worry, there's heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

Les Mills - TONE

Created from the foundations of BodyVive™ 3.1, Les Mills TONE™ maintains the original 3 in 1 training style - a mix of cardio, resistance and core while playing with different training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts. If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Les Mills TONE™ has a wide variety of options accomodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful. 

Les Mills - BodyFlow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BodyFlow™ (also known as BodyBalance™) is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BodyFlow™ an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You'll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

Les Mills - BodyCombat

Step into a BodyCombat™ workout and you'll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Our Les Mills™ instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. 

Les Mills - RPM

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM™ workout you repeatedly spin the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM™ is a great way to build your sense of personal achievement. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It's a journey, not a race! 

Les Mills - CXWorx

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together. All the moves in CXWORX™ have options, so it's challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. Trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Les Mills - BodyJam

Choreographed by Gandalf Archer-Mills in Auckland, New Zealand, BodyJam™ is the ultimate combination of music and dance. Tracks that you love right now? They're in BodyJam™. That new style you've heard about? It was in BodyJam™ last year. 

Les Mills - Sh'Bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Sh'Bam™ is an ego-free zone - no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower - even if you walk in thinking you can't, you'll walk out knowing you can!  

Freestyle Group Exercise Classes


Do you want to rock out?  This is an interval based cardio/core class that uses weighted drum sticks and the latest music to make you sweat.

Kickboxin' Circuits

A free style class that combines traditional kickboxing moves, intervalled with weight training. This intense workout uses glides, free weights and the STEP.
Available at Green Valley location.


A fun and intense cardiovascular workout that is for the intermediate/advanced participant.  Aerobic combinations move quickly and are challenging. 
Available at Green Valley location.


A freestyle weight training class that utilizes the body bar, glides, weights and resistance tubing to tone and strengthen the body. 
Available at Green Valley location.

Low Impact Sculpt

Low impact combinations with resistance and weight training. Taught in 30 and 60 minute classes.
Available at Oak Branch and Green Valley locations.


An indoor cycling class that can be interval or endurance based. Instructors choose the workout and terrain in which they will lead their participants.  
Available at Green Valley location.


A free style, hour long, interval based cardio/weight training class. The class utilizes the Step, weights, resistance tubing, body bars and glides. Be prepared to SWEAT!  
Available at Green Valley and Oak Branch locations.


An energetic dance class set to high-energy Latin and international beats. 
Available at Green Valley location.

Zumba Gold

Movements and pacing are modified to suit the participant who wants a slightly slower Zumba workout.
Available at Green Valley location.


An interval based, low impact freestyle class that utilizes the principals of ballet and Pilates. Class is taught on the floor and at the ballet barre, however this is NOT a ballet class. Challenging Isometric movements concentrate on core strength, balance and lengthening.

Tai Chi

A martial arts based class incorporating relaxation and meditation. A great class focusing on mind & body awareness.

A 45 minute  fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a smile!
