Burn and Build

Burn and Build

Burn & Build bridges the gap between traditional strength training and cardio. This high-energy workout combines resistance training with metabolic conditioning to help you build strength while maximizing calorie burn.

You’ll challenge your body with proven training methods and effective tools that have stood the test of time. Not only will you burn serious calories during class, but your body will continue working long after your workout is over—supporting fat loss and improved fitness for up to 48 hours.

Semi-Private Training

Looking for a little more attention?  In the Semi-Private Group setting, we will place you in the proper level of training for your goals and concerns.  During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in our Small Group format (up to 6 participants).  In this personalized setting, you will benefit from in‐depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.

One-On-One Personal Training
