Water Aerobics & Aqua Classes
We offer a wide variety of water aerobics and water fitness classes. With a ClubFitness membership, you'll have access to complimentary aqua fitness classes, including high-intensity workouts as well as more accessible exercises focused on improving balance, flexibility, and mobility. Each class is led by a certified instructor who uses music, movement, and clear guidance to help you stay motivated and get the most out of your time in the water.

We also offer water aerobics exercises for seniors, designed to support circulation and joint comfort while helping you stay active. You don't need to know how to swim to reap cardiovascular benefits while increasing both your flexibility and strength.
Water Works - Working to the steady beat of music, you will use the resistance of the water to build cardio and muscular stamina. This is a one-hour, non-stop, shallow water workout designed to make "white caps" form in the pool. You'll be a believer that Water Works!
