We don't rely on pressure tactics or make you recite a list of goals for your physical transformation. We'd rather walk you around the building and let you experience our modern facilities, equipment and community atmosphere.
Don't get us wrong, there's plenty of expert help around to help you get the most out of your training regimen. So, be sure to get in touch with our personal trainers for a complimentary Starting Point Session. Or, you're just as welcome to check out the schedule for a few of your favorite classes and ease into your experience. We're happy to have you become part of our community.

Monday - Thursday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Friday: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: By Appointment Only
