New and Improved

While you were away, we took the time to make updates to the Clubs!  We’ve been busy making changes and renovating the gym to make it the safe and fun community gym you can count on. 

Small Group Training Fusion Classes are Here! 

ReShape your workout! Each one of our new small group Fusion sessions combines at least two different fitness disciplines. You'll get TWO creative and challenging workouts in one class! These sessions will make you sweat AND challenge your balance, muscles and mind!

New to ClubFitness is: 

Kick-Punch-Teaser? Jabs and Abs is a combination of Mat Pilates and boxing. This fitness fusion has. it. all. The kickboxing combinations will reve up your heart rate and enhance coordnation. Pilates segements will strenghten your core, balance your body and increase flexibility. 

Tread 60
Are you a runner? Do you want to be?  This athletic, 60 minute, small group session will begin and end with a treadmill workout.  Time between the 2 treadmill intervals will be filled with running specific strength-endurance exercises using body weights, barbells and Bosus, followed by foam rolling and dynamic streching. Are you training for speed, endurance or fun? Class will focus on all 3! 

Barre Bonanza
Barre Bonanza is next level barre.  These small group barre sesisons fuse atheltic and traditional barre exercises with other fitness activities- Biker Barre (barre and cycle), Barre Brawl (Barre and Kickboxing), Barre Body (Barre and Pilates), Barre BootCamp (barre and HIIT training), Baroga (Barre and Yoga), Barre Booty (Barre and Lower body weight training). Class type will rotate bi-weekly. 

Spynoga is a 75 minute session that combines indoor cycling and yoga. It begins on a stationary bike and ends on a mat. 45 minutes of heavy hills mixed with speed followed by 30 minutes of an athletic yoga flow and stretch.

Tabata TakeDown
Burn , Baby, Burn! Tabata TakeDown fuses tabata intevals with strength training. This HIIT session includes tabata intervals and barbell strength training. You will build cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and stamina. Members are challenged to push their limits!

Fusion classes are great because they:

  • Combine moves from a variety of disciplines like yoga, pilates, boot camp, cardio, strength and more keeps your body and mind constantly challenged

  • Offer new ways to exercise and continually improve your strength, fitness, and overall conditioning

ClubFitness now has a way to measure body composition, which divides your weight into different components, such as lean body mass and fat mass, to assess your health and help guide interventions through our new InBody570 using a method called Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA). 

Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Going beyond your weight, body composition analysis breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.

InBody body composition analyzers break down your weight and display your body composition data on an organized, easy-to-understand Result Sheet.  The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.

Members will now have the opportunity to routinly check their BIA and have a better understanding of their body. This new fitness technology will help anyone on their fitness journey meet their goals and advance to the next level in their health.  

The men's locker rooms at Oak Branch and Green Valley had renovations done during our temporary closure due to COVID19. All wet areas in the men’s locker room have been renovated and as wells as the men’s sauna at Oak Branch. All wet areas in the men’s locker room at Green Valley are currently under renovation. 

Thank you for your understanding while renovations are underway at Green Valley. We’re looking forward to providing you with two beautiful new Locker Rooms!
