Additional Kids Programs


Club Fitness offers a variety of kids classes to keep your children active and learning new skills.

Little Kickers

A learn to play soccer program for girls & boys ages 3-7. Typically runs as a 6-week session in the Spring and Fall. Practice is 45 minutes, once-a-week (no weekend games). Contact us for session dates and practice schedule.

Tumbling & Gymnastics

For children ages 5-10. This class is designed to start with the basics and work up to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and cognitive skills. Kids will build self-esteem, learn goal setting and benefit from team social interaction. Classes meet each week on a monthly basis. Ask about our Tiny Tumblers option for children ages 2-4.

Tae Kwon Do

For children ages 4-9 who are interested in learning focus, discipline, self-control, respect and integrity through the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Classes meet each week on a monthly basis from Sept through May.

Music Lessons - Professional

Professional, private one-on-one sessions with our music instructor. Choose from Guitar, Piano and Voice. Schedule your lessons through Shannon O’York, Children’s Programming Director.

Birthday Parties

Your child’s birthday is a time for making special memories. Let Club Fitness handle the details, so you can enjoy all the fun! We offer Bubble, Gym, or Pool parties on Saturdays and Sundays.
